Great news for the weekend!

I'm so excited! My MIL called me today and asked me if I would be okay with her and my FIL coming up for Labor Day weekend. I'm so happy about this. I love them so much and it will be nice to have even more family with me at the end of this pregnancy. They're okay with it if I don't have the baby while they're here. They just want to be with me and Chris and be available for support if we need it.

I usually sit and talk to mom or Chris, but they'll both be working this weekend and I think the in-laws will kind of like knowing that I'll be with someone 24/7. I think definitely mom and Chris will feel better. :)

I'm a happy girl. I've been bugging the MIL to get on here, but it took her like a week to get online before so I decided to just annoy her when she's here. LOL

Yes I feel better about that. And Marlie is going to be home, too. She decided not to go to her dad's this weekend. Marlie's job is to "babysit" with Mommy when Chris and I are gone and to call either one of us if Mommy doesn't behave---lol. This weekend she'll have help with the in-laws--lol.

The mother-in-law is finally on this board. Now Chan doesn't have to bug me this weekend.

My husband is so not looking forward to the trip up to Ohio. It's boring as hell and he usually drives most of it. And we were there at the beginning of August for the baby shower. But once I told him I was going no matter what, he had to agree to come along. We just decided all this on Tuesday night so I am so unprepared. Oh well, if we forget something, that's why they have Meijers and Target.

If it makes him feel better, when I told Marlie you were showing up she was so thrilled. She figures you are more here to hang out with me, but she counts on spending time with Rich and that makes her happy. She loves being the center of attention and she always is when Rich is around. LOL

oh thats awesome honey!!! I didnt realise Canada and the US share the same long weekend! Hmm I guess I definately better stay off the roads this weekend then eh ;)
