Which are you?

Do you shop till you drop and damn the expense or are you more thrifty with your cash?

Definitely a thrifty chick. I HATE shopping. If I have to go to a store other than the dollar store (I love that store), I go in, get what I need, and leave.

True story - my mother-in-law, aunt-in-law, and I were going to my wedding cake topper. There was this shop that had hundreds of cake toppers. I had never been there before. I walked in, something caught my eye, I liked it and said "this is it". Took about three minutes. The other ladies were so disappointed. They want to spend more time there. My mother-in-law wanted me to be sure. I said "wrap it up and let's get going".

Thrifty but I like quality. So if it's not a price I like to pay I don't get it.

I think I'm somewhere in the middle. I'm aiming for being a thrifty chick though. :)

I despise shopping and I'm so cheap I squeak. Then again, that's the programming of 21 years.

I think I'm somewhere in the middle, too. I don't like to shop a lot. I can go into a store, like to get what I went in for and get out. But there are times that I will go up and down each aisle and look at things. But I can only take so much of it and after awhile get antsy and just HAVE to leave.

If you're anything like me-------DON'T go shopping with Chan! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ummmm.....well you notice I went to Savers with you two only ONCE??????

and what is that supposed to mean? i know you wrote it two months ago, so i'll just answer this now! hehehehe. we have a good time when we go to savers, but i hardly go there anymore. i can understand dollar mondays, but i have gone with my sister a couple times and we get there a bit early just bc of scheduling and all, and there are like 30 ppl lined up outside to get in. before you could go and look through and all, now it looks like the day after thanxgiving sale or something. ppl grabbing every item with that tag on it regardless if they are even interested in it. so, now i more favor goodwill or salvation army. or the clearance racks at stores. if i absolutely had to pay full price for something i guess i would, but if i can go to a thrift store and find something in good condition with no stains or tears or fading or anything i will. i'm kindy picky yet thrifty at the same time. ur daughter knows that :) considering ALOT of ur daughters clothes have come from me over the years! since what, 6th grade? hehehehe.
