You already know the basics of paint shop pro, right? That's what i use to make most of mine.

Other than that are you looking for completely your own work? Are you looking for free programs or are you willing to pay?

I found this one. So far I think it ROCKS!! ScrapBook Flair (http://www.scrapbookflair.com/index.aspx) It is really cool! So far I am trying the free stuff only, because I am new at this, but maybe one day I will want to pay, if I get good!

haha, yeah you can for WAY more money... adobe photoshop ;) but its complicated (i'm told) and apparently has a huge learning curve.
