Teeth

OUCH! My wisdom teeth have been trying to come through for about two years now and still havent managed. Every so often they start to cut thru my gums again. Well they started again last night.

Anyone else still not got their wisdom teeth?

I had mine taken out 3 years ago. They kept cutting through and causing me pain. I was over 30 years old too! Geez you'd think they'd leave me alone at that age. I have a very small mouth (even the oral surgeon complained!) so they had to come out so they wouldn't push my other teeth out of place.

I had mine out when I was 20yo. All 4 were impacted and I had to go under a general anaesthetic to have them removed. I am soooo glad I dont have to worry about them anymore!

I had the top ones out years ago...maybe in my 20's, and the bottom right one a long time ago, too. About 2 or 3 years ago, my left bottom got impacted and the tooth next to it had an abscess. I had that wisdom tooth out, then had to be on antibiotics because of the abscess, then had to have a root canal on that one. It wasn't fun, but I knew the dentist that did the root canal and reminded him that I knew where he lived. He was great and wasn't bad at all.
