Would it be ok if to post some HEALTHY TIPS in the THE CLINIC THREAD & then once I have posted them could them maybe be PINNED or whatever you do so that other's can see them ... as I have a lot of good ones that I sure would like to share with all of you ... so just drop me a PM back and let me know if I can do this ... thanks much !!

Go for it. But try to group them together in one post, because a ton of stickies can take over a page and actual posts will be missed. You could start a thread called Tips (or something like that) and then make a new reply post for each new tip.

Go to the Plaza menu and click bank then add an amount that you want to put in there. Then it will come out of the points that you have and save you from theives.
