Cat & Laundry

I just had to share with everyone. Of course, cats just love to lay in laundry baskets. I try and get the clothes folded ASAP because of this. However, I had a three hour interview yesterday and was a bit fried. I left the laundry in the basket and put the basket on the bed, intending to fold it later that night.

Rich and I were sitting downstairs, watching TV and trying to recover from the day. We heard a very loud thud from upstairs. I went to see what happened. The laundry basket was on the floor and upside down. I went to pick it up and it was heavy. The stupid cat was still in the basket! He was now trapped under the basket. The look on his little face was priceless! He took off so fast and we didn't see him for a couple of hours. I think he was ashamed of himself.

My cats won't go in the basket with the clothes, but once they're folded, they like to take over the piles of - whatever. Usually towels.

;)) Poor cat! I bet he had the fright of his life! I wonder if he will think twice before doing that again. ;))

We have four black cats and one white cat. The folded and clean clothes that are still in the basket.....never fails....the black cats lay on the light colored clothes and the white cat on the dark clothes.

aw poor kitty! mine like to jump up on the clean sheet as we try and spread it over the bed. they always get on it so i can never finish making the bed

my dad's childhood cat LOVED to do that.. my grandma would yell "Patch, get off the sheets" and he'd be like *sprawls out* yeah whatever lady lol
